• The largest name of all sponsorship levels, next to Tuff Cat which will be on all materials (only one title sponsor per event). The Title sponsor will be a protected category.

• Gold Sponsor will be a protected business category

Black Sponsor                                                                    $500.00

• Website link and logo on front page of website
• Smallest logo and name prominently displayed on T-shirt
• Smallest logo and name on promotional fliers/advertising
• Discounted registration fee to all company employees
• 50% discount on Exhibitor Package ($100)

Obstacle Sponsor                                                               $250.00

• Company or Family name prominently displayed on obstacle
• Small name displayed on T-shirt (no logo will be displayed)
• Discounted registration fee to all company employees or family members

It is understood that it is up to the sponsor to provide table, tent, banner, merchandise and staff needed for their booth, if needed. Electricity will not be able to be provided. Set up and break down of the booth area, and clean up to original condition, will be the responsibility of the sponsor/exhibitor. Location of booth will be based upon the date of the signed agreement and check.

It is also understood that Sponsor/Exhibitor will not hold NPHS Baseball Boosters liable for any theft or damage caused by neglect of sponsor/exhibitor of their booth, weather or an act of god, attendees, spectators, or anyone else, other than staff directly hired by NPHS Baseball Boosters. Exhibitor will abide by all federal, state and local laws and permits, as required by law, CVUSD and NPHS.

Payment for space is not refundable due to lack of participation by Sponsor/Exhibitor on event day, however the full amount is 100% refundable within 30 days after the event should the event be cancelled for any reason.
