Each Exhibit Space

• 10X10 exhibit space
• 8 premium exhibitor locations available for $200.00 next to K-SWISS tent sale (first come, first served)
• $100.00 for all booths that are promotional/informational only – Promotional booths must have something interactive in their booth (i.e. raffle items, face painting, etc.)
• $50.00 plus a portion of sales for all retail booths – Suggested percentage is a minimum of 10% or greater
• Name (small print) on Tuff Cat T-shirt
• Exhibit hours are from 8am to 3pm
• Event location is Newbury Park High School, NP
• Date of event is Saturday, February 11, 2012

It is understood that it is up to the exhibitor to provide table, tent, banner, merchandise and staff needed for their booth, and that electricity will not be provided. Set up and break down of the booth area, and clean up to original condition, will be the responsibility of the exhibitor. Location of booth will be based upon the date of the signed agreement and check.

It is also understood that Exhibitor will not hold NPHS Baseball Boosters liable for any theft or damage caused by neglect of exhibitor of their booth, weather or an act of god, attendees, spectators, or anyone else, other than staff directly hired by NPHS Baseball Boosters. Exhibitor will abide by all federal, state and local laws and permits, as required by law, CVUSD and NPHS.

Payment for space is not refundable due to lack of participation by Exhibitor on event day, however the full amount is 100% refundable within 30 days after the event should the event be cancelled for any reason.
